Visit Hay’s Saturday market - the last of 2026 - and discover speciality foods, artisan makers, local producers, gatherers and vintage resellers.  

The vibe is always relaxed. Visitors can shop, sample produce, and sit on the square and Castle terraces to eat, drink and soak up the Fungi Town ambience. 

The square has a focus on food, with the Buttermarket showcasing fledgling and established designer makers.
